President of Pisey Linguistics is an educated native Cambodian who has a tremendous knowledges in both languages English and Khmer or Cambodian. He has been residing and studying in the US for approximately 28 years and working in the Municipal and Superior Court of California and within its community for more than 20 years and majoring in English literature.
